POLICIES FOR CLASSES

REGISTRATION:

A non-refundable fee of $50 per student must be paid upon registration sign-up.

REFUND:

All camp/classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

TUITION:

1. Tuition must be paid before the first day of the class.
2. Month to month recurring payment.

MISSED OR RESCHEDULED ART CLASSES:

1. If needed, students may reschedule art classes at least 24 hours in advance by texting or emailing Cre8sArt School.

2. Classes that are not canceled with a text message or email will NOT qualify for a makeup class.

3. Makeup Credits won’t rollover to the following months if you discontinue classes and your account is inactive so please plan accordingly.

4. Make up classes are to be used towards classes, they can NOT be used for Camps

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

1. Two-week notice by email or text is required to discontinue the classes.

2. Upon completion of the cancellation form, if you cancel within the two-week notice, you will be told of any makeup credits you have left. The makeup credits will need to be completed by the expiry date. NO EXCEPTIONS.

3. Subscription cancellation can be done later than the two-week mark but no later than a week before your pay date. You will be allowed to deactivate your account but makeup classes will not be provided after your last paid class. Any makeup classes leftover will be forfeited. NO EXCEPTIONS.

4. If you reactivate your subscription before the three month mark we will waive the 50.00 Registration Fee

CAMP POLICIES

– No refunds for camps will be given, only credit to be used and applied to other camps
– To reserve a slot please register online as seats are LIMITED
– Payment must be made to secure a spot
